I’m a therapist that specializes in working with teen girls and young adult women as they face unique challenges in today’s world.
Therapy with me is a place to learn and grow in a space free from judgment. During our time together, we will find your strengths, learn to express your emotions in healthy ways, and navigate the relationships in your life. Sometimes, we’ll laugh and sometimes we’ll cry. No matter the content of our sessions, I will always be there to listen and support you!

Therapy for Teen Girls
Do you feel like the more you try to understand your teenage daughter, the more lost you feel? Today, teen girls are dealing with a variety of issues: peer pressure, academic performance, social media influences, hormonal changes and more. At times, this can lead teen girls to engage in concerning behaviors like withdrawing from friends and family, changes in eating and sleeping habits, and self-harming behaviors. As a therapist, I can help your daughter learn how to express her emotions calmly, create boundaries with peers and learn healthy habits.
Therapy for Young Adult Women
Do you feel like everything is constantly changing and you can’t seem to keep up? Young adulthood is full of life transitions like going to college, finding your first “real job” and moving in with significant others. These transitions can often leave you feeling anxious, stressed, and confused. Therapy can provide you with a non-judgmental place to work through your feelings and identify goals that feel right for you.
Group Therapy for Women & Girls
Have you ever wanted to talk about topics with other girls/women that are going through similar issues as you? Group therapy provides a warm and welcoming environment to express your feelings among your peers. Group members will explore shared experiences, hear feedback from peers, and provides support outside the therapy room.

2. Schedule the First Appointment
After the we determine that we are a good fit, we will schedule your first session. This session will let us get to know each other better and allow us to dive deeper into your reasons for coming to therapy. We will focus on creating individualized goals for therapy.

3. Begin Your Therapy Journey
We will work together weekly or bi-weekly for 50 minutes in the office or through a secure telehealth platform. During the sessions we will process emotions, explore thinking patterns and learn skills so that you begin feeling more confident and self-assured.
